Do I need to have my life together to start?

Absolutely not. You just need to be willing. That’s it.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching. If you are navigating a mental health crisis please seek support from a licensed therapist. This coaching is for personal growth, intentional living, and breaking cycles.

How do I know which option is right for me?

If you’re unsure start with the Clarity Call. One session will tell you everything you need to know about whether you want to go deeper.

What if I have more questions?

How do I pay for my session or package?

All payments are processed securely online at the time of booking. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes! We provide online consultations for clients who prefer remote services or live outside our local area. All you need is a good internet connection and a few photos or videos of your space.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available for the Foundation Package. Reach out via the contact page before booking and we’ll get you set up.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the nature of coaching services all sales are final. However if you need to reschedule your session please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Life happens. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session can be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable.
